➟ Technical Assistance: Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to products, services, or software. Guide them through problem-solving steps and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
➟ Issue Resolution: Utilize knowledge bases, internal resources, and company policies to efficiently address customer concerns. Document all interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
➟ Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, colleagues, and other teams. Keep customers informed about the progress of their inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
